This roleplaying supplement introduces two NPCs for fantasy campaigns, each presented with three complete stat blocks for different challenge ratings. Each character includes a background, adventure hooks, combat tactics, setting-specific sidebars for Bluffside, Freeport, and Gothos, and suggestions for conversion to non-fantasy genres. All required game information is included, along with new Open Game Content. Design Notes detail the source material and development behind each character.
