Across five districts, player characters explore 20 adventure sites while pursuing rumors, buried artifacts, pirate treasure, and opportunities for wealth and power. Campaign seeds involve a struggle for control of the underworld, demon-hunting missions, and secrets from the city’s draconic past that could alter its future.
