Astonishing Swordsmen & Sorcerers of Hyperborea (First Edition)
A sword-and-sorcery role-playing game set in a decaying world of savage frontiers, ancient ruins, cursed tombs, and hostile borderlands. Players create characters from a range of cultures and archetypes, including fighters, magicians, shamans, warlocks, necromancers, thieves, and berserkers. Adventuring parties explore sprawling dungeons, confront monsters, evade lethal traps, solve puzzles, and search for treasure and magic. Campaigns also involve investigating forgotten places and battling bloodthirsty beasts and otherworldly beings.
