This issue explores the eastern slopes of the Plateau of Leng, a near-arctic region of dense forests, sunlit for only a few hours each day, and valleys inhabited by remnants of ancient civilizations. A statue of Chaugnar Faugn lies dormant in the featured hex, awaiting spells that will awaken it as an avatar. The issue introduces Chaugnar Faugn and creatures that serve it, and presents revised ritual spellcasting rules for use with Old School Essentials and similar games.
