A roleplaying supplement set in a superscientific 1930s, blending history, pulp literature, popular culture, superhumans, international politics, and vintage science fiction in a radiumpunk setting. It includes a mini-campaign about a radium treasure hunt beneath the Atlantic, five scenarios spanning the decade, new historical and fictional factions, and an overview of vanished countries and strange lands. Articles on period superscience and three stories by Maurice Renard provide additional setting material.
