Azagar's Artifacts: Yarghul's Rattle
This supplement introduces a dire necromantic artifact created by the gnoll necromancer Yarghul Rotfang. Designed for paragon-tier characters, the rattle grants dark boons, summons the dead, and unleashes blasts of necrotic energy. It includes the artifact, a new wondrous item, two adventure hooks for introducing it into a campaign, an introduction by Azagar, and a player reference sheet.
