Baklin, Jewel of the Seas

A setting guide and adventure module describing a medium-sized merchant port city, its rulers, criminal underworld, establishments, and three-level Undercity. It provides a campaign hub for low- to mid-level characters, with wilderness adventure hooks and locations that can also serve as a neutral-aligned port in another setting. The city supports intrigue, exploration, and dungeon crawling. Characters can investigate the Tower of Gulls, Shrine of Roxana, and Thrones of Judgement, navigate the Sea Laws and local knightly order, and explore the Masters’ Guild and other establishments. Thirty-nine major city locations and 112 keyed dungeon areas are linked by secret entrances, plot threads, and NPC agendas.
