Barbarossa

In a fictional Second World War setting, cute German military girls advance toward Moscow to defeat the evil magician Stalin. Players build their own decks from an open card pool, using Supply cards to acquire units, operations, and lasting deployments. Unit cards spend Operation Points to attack cities and strategic positions for victory points, while Target cards provide objectives and strategic advantages. Event cards are drawn during attacks, introducing changing effects such as General Winter. If Moscow falls, the player with the most victory points wins.

The variable strength provinces are a really interesting variation on Dominion. The theme is of course meant to make you feel uncomfortable. The ridiculousness of the theme is certainly something that drew me to want to play this game. Unfortunately my playgroup can't relate to the offensiveness and the humor of the theme.
