A new Executive Officer, compatible only with The Geological Factor expansion. Angelo Alberti allows the extra or replacement costs shown on Geological tiles to be avoided by spending 1 Engineer. This effect can be activated twice in the same round by placing an additional Engineer on the XO action space. Mahiri Sekibo can copy this ability during a turn without requiring additional Engineers.
