This expansion for a superhero miniatures game adds rules and profiles for The Flash, The Arrow, their allies, villains, and other characters from Central City and Star City. It introduces Speed Force rules, new teams, vehicle rules, and 80 character traits for use alongside existing forces. The 160-page full-colour hardcover book also updates the game’s rules and provides additional content for building and playing crime-fighting teams.
