A 20-card expansion for a World War II Western European campaign adds British, German, French, and Italian forces, including code crackers, agents, armored units, special forces, infantry, aircraft, ships, and artillery. New Conflict cards introduce Arms Race, Air Raid, Lack of Valor, and Military Industrial Complex effects, while additional copies of selected units and Military Buildup cards expand the available options.
