BattleCON: Lucius Promo
This build-up brawler begins the game with three locked shackles. When an attack stuns the opponent, damage can be forgone to unlock a shackle and gain a permanent stat boost. Trickery and evasive tactics help build power over time, leading to unpredictable attacks backed by increasing numerical strength.
