Battlegroup Clash: Modern Wars is an expansion for Battlegroup Clash: Baltics that introduces new scenarios and features for the game. The four new scenarios are based on battles from recent history: Eastern Slavonia, Croatia (1991) Hadrut, Nagorno-Karabach (2020) Hostomel Airport, Ukraine (2022) Blue Nile, Sudan (2026) Each scenario comes with its own dedicated map and counters. The expansion uses the rules from the base game, customised for each scenario, and introduces several new rules and counters that can be used in scenarios in the base game. These include: Air strikes Helicopter airlift and strikes MANPADS and air defence Technicals Militia Prepared defences Civilian population effects The Eastern Slavonia scenario also features a campaign option fought over several games. —description from the publisher
