It details representative worlds, government and military bureaucracies, society, culture, economics, and companies that shape the nation. A rules annex expands on regional settings and introduces additional campaign options, including the use of New Avalon Institute of Science fax machines. The book also adds native creatures, terrain, and units for Classic BattleTech games.
