Players reenact the Battle of Terra and its aftermath, resolving the struggle between invading forces and Inner Sphere defenders. The box includes tactical maps and Chaos Campaign tracks that govern campaign flow and strategic objectives. New ’Mechs fielded during the Terra campaign appear as deployable units, and players move, fight, and manage forces over a series of scenarios that simulate both large-scale assaults and localized engagements. Play focuses on maneuver, combat resolution, and campaign decisions that alter control of key locations on Terra.
