This mission compilation for Achtung! Cthulhu 2d20 contains six adventures set across occupied Europe, the Scottish islands, Romania, and the United States during the Secret War. Agents investigate occult Nazi operations, infiltrate enemy positions, fight supernatural threats, and encounter Mythos creatures including Mi-Go and Deep Ones. The missions can be played individually, linked into a campaign, or added to an existing one. Maps, handouts, pre-generated characters, and guidance support play, with scenarios covering investigation, exploration, espionage, and combat.
