Players enter the desert world of Bara Magna after Makuta Teridax seizes control of the Matoran Universe and exiles Mata Nui. Using a point-based character-building system, they select abilities, masks, equipment, and drawbacks while taking part in the setting’s conflicts and mysteries. The game focuses on cyborg warriors, energized protodermis, and the struggle surrounding Mata Nui’s arrival in the wasteland.
