A GURPS Fourth Edition supplement for a transhuman future shaped by advanced biotechnology. It provides templates for more than 20 human upgrades and parahumans, over a dozen bioroids, and six uplifted animals, along with new designs and guidance on relevant advantages, disadvantages, quirks, perks, features, and meta-traits. The material covers genetically modified beings and synthetic life across habitats ranging from ocean depths and Arctic settlements to lunar cities and comet-herding ships.
