This campaign supplement details Central, a sprawling metropolis in the UN Protectorate, where wealthy Insiders live in the sealed Hub and Outsiders struggle to find purpose beyond basic income. It covers the region’s history, districts, landmarks, organizations, and key figures, and adds character options, including three Archetypes, along with technology and gear. Three playable scenarios take place in the setting.
