Black Seas: HMS Royal Sovereign
This 100-gun 1st Rate of the Royal Navy served as a flagship in several major engagements before its role at Trafalgar. Launched in 1786, it was known for poor manoeuvrability and speed, earning the nickname “West Country Wagon.” In the game, it is an exceptionally powerful ship whose broadside can inflict heavy damage. Including Admiral Collingwood allows the ship and nearby friendly vessels to re-roll their initial broadsides, strengthening the fleet’s opening attack.
