A two-player campaign set in the black market of the British Isles, where rival smuggling companies compete to transport contraband into the United Kingdom. Players alternate commanding their flotillas and the customs boats patrolling the coastline, attempting to outmaneuver the authorities and earn profit through illicit trade.
