An adult-oriented fantasy horror roleplaying setting inspired by hentai and ero-guro, set in a dark version of modern Japan. The campaign guide combines setting information, history, plot hooks, villains, demon lords, demon-slayers, and guidance for running erotic horror adventures. It includes a modular 20-level Hentai Hero class, new feats and starting talents, more than 150 magic items, and a bestiary featuring two dozen human and demonic threats. Players create heroes who confront conspiracies, supernatural predators, and ancient powers through investigation, combat, and dangerous magic.
