A cosmic-horror villain from beyond space, this Power Level 14 Rogue serves as the Champion of the Eternal Night. Chosen by primordial forces of darkness, he wields mysterious cosmic energy known as Black Plasma and seeks to destroy all creation. His origins remain beyond modern analysis, allowing him to fit into the Beacon City universe or other campaigns with little alteration. He can serve as a recurring threat to a team of heroes or as a personal enemy for a cosmic-themed champion of light or life, posing a major challenge to Power Level 10 characters.
