Blatto
An alien outcast from a distant world, Blatto is a Power Level 12 Renegade who inspires fear wherever it appears. Designated “Red” for its extraterrestrial origins, it can be introduced into the Beacon City universe or adapted to another campaign with little alteration. Players may encounter Blatto as a dangerous enemy or attempt to earn its trust and recruit it as an ally. Hunted by humans and its own species, the alien’s actions can lead to a confrontation with consequences for the survival of humanity.
