A setting for the Mothership RPG detailing the Empire Without Borders or Competition, a massive confederation slowly splintering under the rule of the ruthless Sovereign, who has abandoned her physical form to exist as a disembodied mind. The setting introduces two character classes from the Empire: the juggernaut, a flawed fusion of flesh and steel, and the psychic, whose exceptional mind has been opened to powerful otherworldly forces.
