Bloodbath vs. the Cowl
This supplement provides two opposing characters for Mutants & Masterminds: Bloodbath, a renowned assassin seeking to prove his superiority, and the Cowl, a former stage magician turned vigilante after his wife’s death. The brothers pursue conflicting goals as the Cowl works to stop Bloodbath’s deadly career. Each character includes three adventure ideas to help incorporate them into a campaign.
