Bloom of the White Orchid
A one-round, low-rank adventure set during the Phoenix Setsuban Festival at the Ki-Rin Shrine. Characters are invited to take part in the shrine’s famous shugenja tournament or simply attend the festivities, as the adventure unfolds around the festival grounds.
