Brittle Bone Lake

Local rumors tell of a well-armored traveler seeking information about the lake, while the area is watched over by Sir Tusks, a catoblepas that generally keeps to itself. Adventurers can investigate the lake, speak with suspicious locals, and uncover how the creature’s presence protects the region from other hostile forces. The location is designed as a compact encounter for placement within an ongoing campaign.
