Players compete to control the underworld and nightlife of a Central European city positioned along an important transit route. Legal traders and criminal organizations move through the city, while money, drugs, and prostitution fuel the struggle for power. Players take risks to build influence and claim control, while rivals and the authorities threaten to end their ambitions.
