Bugbears of the Frozen Tears
This fantasy roleplaying supplement introduces the Frozen Tears bugbears, sadistic hunters who stalk the White Cliffs on bloated ice toad steeds and preserve their victims’ fearful expressions in frozen trophies. It adds alternate race and class features, feats, spells, magic items, and the double-headed throwing kukri, along with the demonic lord Vhen Nhar and its spawn. Ten stat blocks range from challenge rating 5 to 15.
