The competition to develop Blankenburg turns hostile as players vie to construct prestigious buildings and gain fame and fortune. New direct-interaction cards allow players to damage opponents’ buildings, steal silver or resources, and interfere with bidding for a turn. The expansion also adds Characters, Visitors, and Events, introducing additional options and variety to each game.
