Building a Wretched Hive of Scum & Villainy
A dark-fantasy setting supplement for creating a dangerous thieves’ quarter in a city such as Ib-Hiore or an original campaign setting. It provides locations, random encounters, events, gangs, NPCs, traps, poisons, items, and monsters for use during exploration and adventure. Designed with Shadowdark in mind, the material can be adapted to other roleplaying systems and supports campaigns set in the City-State of Ib-Hiore or similar urban underworlds.
