This supplement expands the rules and background for practicing medicine under fire in the Shadowrun setting. It adds new gear, qualities, actions, spells, adept powers, and other options for characters who treat injuries in the field, from professional emergency responders to teammates with medical training. The material is compatible with both Fifth Edition and Twentieth Anniversary Edition rules.
