This supplement introduces a notorious gang of jet-pack-wearing would-be world conquerors who have been reduced to flying bandits. It details the gang’s two leaders and three associates, including their power levels, for use as a villain group in a golden-age setting. It forms the fifth release in a series leading to the completion of Deus ex Historica.
