This companion volume expands the 1980 edition of Basic and Expert fantasy roleplaying rules for characters of levels 15–36. It includes over 70 monsters, more than 100 magic items, a new category of magical items, 58 spells, and spell tables reaching 7th level for clerics and 9th level for magic-users. Additional rules cover high-level character abilities, the creation and management of dominions, army command, mass combat, hazardous environments, and adventures on other planes.
