Cabin Risotto Fever
A system-agnostic investigative horror adventure set in a remote Canadian cabin in the late 1940s. Players investigate a night of hunger, despair, and violence involving a Wendigo, psychedelic mushrooms, old Winchester rifles, and professors with illusions of grandeur. The adventure satirizes academic life through a B-movie and Spaghetti Western lens, with investigative horror and darkly comic elements. It includes themes of saprophagy and osteophagy, including a risotto made from the bones of a young PhD student. The 24-page softcover module is presented in black and yellow.
