This Asylum Pack returns to the Forgotten Lore cycle with updated cards, revised for current rules and game balance. It includes 20 unique cards, with three copies of each. The set introduces six faction-specific conspiracies, which players add to their decks and compete to win alongside their three-story objective. It also features characters that become stronger when conspiracies are in play, plus support cards and events that can shift the pace of the game.
