A Power Level 12 Rogue, this character is a meta-human who commands the elements and believes herself to be the sea goddess Calypso. Once Janet Brooke, a teenage athlete, she adopts this identity after her abilities emerge during a moment of panic. She can be added to campaigns with little alteration, serving as an unstable threat who directs her fury toward heroes with powers or personal ties to her past.
