This sourcebook expands the setting of a futuristic humanity united under Capitol after the collapse of civilization and the assault of the Dark Legion. It introduces new backgrounds, special forces, weapons, armor, equipment, vehicles, and vehicle-combat rules, along with detailed locations and maps for Mars and San Dorado. An adventure, “Fear and Loathing in San Dorado,” provides an additional scenario.
