During Prohibition in New York City, rival mobster gangs bribe politicians, operate casinos, move bootleg liquor, and seek the support of corrupt police. In this two-player dice game, players compete for control of city areas while pushing their luck each turn. Dice results influence tactical decisions, requiring players to adapt their plans as the situation changes. Games take around 10–15 minutes.
