A technologically enhanced U.S. Air Force captain, she serves as a military operative, research subject, and public representative while fighting meta-human threats. Her powered battlesuit draws on her innate abilities, and her strict commitment to official authority can bring her into conflict with unaffiliated heroes. She can appear as a rival or as a guest character in a superhero roleplaying campaign.
