Captain's Log #2
Support material for all things SFB, including the short story and scenario "Refiner's Fire," which depicts a Romulan attack on the Gorn heavy cruiser Reptilicon at the Gorn-Federation border. Up to four players can recreate the battle. The issue also includes background on key Star Fleet Universe figures, new impulse movement charts, and three command cruisers: the Gorn Allosaurus Rex, Hydran Lord Marshal, and Romulan Superhawk. More than twenty scenarios and the campaign game "The Expedition" provide additional battles, including a Hydran attempt to advance through the Klingon Empire.
