A magazine-style supplement for a space-combat wargame universe that compiles fiction, scenario material, and technical updates. Contents include strategy articles and new scenarios, design and stat listings for 20 additional ships (including Omega freighters), variants such as Kzinti light cruisers and Klingon Middle Years vessels, and rules material introducing one new Magellanic Cloud race.
