A themed issue presenting a short fiction piece about a feud between two alien powers, paired with a scenario called “A Mission of Vital Importance.” Includes new ship entries and redesigns, notably larger dreadnought-class vessels, plus technical data and ship information tables for the additions. Provides multiple scenarios and battle maps — assaulting fortified positions, clandestine encounters, and pitched clashes between rival factions — along with new rules, clarifications, and tactical articles for fleet engagements. Also contains community-facing content such as a proposals board and design plans for a high-speed courier vessel.
