Carcassay: Titan Rat City

A dying world shelters a strange city beneath the skeleton of a titan rat, built over the ruins of older civilizations. Characters explore more than 100 locations across the city, surrounding countryside, and underground dungeons, meeting merchants, cultists, knights, monsters, and other unusual inhabitants. The campaign is a low- to mid-level urban sandbox for characters of levels 1–7. Players pursue quests, gather rewards, trade goods and services, investigate factions, and can alter the city’s politics, economy, religions, and physical structure. The setting combines sword-and-sorcery adventure with eldritch horror, original monsters, magic items, and classic dungeon exploration.
