Carrion Hill
A horror adventure set in the sinister city of Carrion Hill in Ustalav, where a monster emerges from buried vaults and stalks the twisted streets, spreading panic and destruction. Players investigate the city’s shifting history and its connection to ancient cultists of the Old Gods while pursuing the creature through urban locations and underground ruins. Designed for 5th-level characters, the adventure draws on H. P. Lovecraft’s fiction and can be adapted to other campaign settings.
