Young idealists and passionate revolutionaries among the Damned, the Carthians challenge the outdated social structures of Kindred society. Their covenant seeks to reshape the night through activism, collective action, and laws enforced in states of their own design. This guide explores Carthian philosophy for tabletop and live-action chronicles, with new bloodlines, Merits, and Disciplines. It also provides tools for creating Carthian states and introduces Carthian Law, a power capable of suppressing the Disciplines of other Kindred.
