Castles & Crusades Starter Set

An introductory fantasy roleplaying set in which players create warriors, spellcasters, and other adventurers, then face dragons, giants, monsters, and other dangers in search of gold and glory. Three booklets explain character creation, playing a character, and running the game as the Castle Keeper, including guidance for building settings and adventures. A complete introductory scenario sends three to eight first-level characters against a giant and his goblin minions. The set also includes character sheets and supports character advancement from first through sixth level.
