It combines material from three setting books with previously unpublished content, including revised playable races, base and prestige classes, feats, equipment, spells, magic items, monsters, NPCs, and campaign guidance. The book also includes rules and equipment for World War II-era play, 18 campaign starts, and two full adventure modules. Its contents are designed for use within this setting or alongside other campaign worlds.
