Caterpillar Method for Stat Generation
An alternative method for generating D&D character ability scores, combining dice rolling with self-balancing elements. The process produces scores across high, medium, and low bands, includes one score equivalent to a standard 3D6 roll, and creates a paired set of scores that rise and fall against each other. The result offers a different approach to character generation while limiting extreme overall results.
